Room was comfortable although very dated. Internet service was good. Breakfast was good, but lobby was small with insufficient seating for meetings without being in the dining room. I was disappointed that the pool was closed.

Maybe location. Definitely this property needs a mayor attention y all areas and rebuilding all. Carpets smell terrible and hallways, elevators etc. seem dirty.

I was charged 4 or 5 times what this room was worth. Drove up, limped out of my car (I have a broken foot) & was resoundingly ignored by valet & bellhops. My room smelled like an old man's car. The hotel is shabby, needs updating -- dings in the tub, weird cracks in the walls, icky carpet, everything worn & sad. Free wifi is unsecured/no password. Went to 3 floors to find a working ice machine. Having paid an exorbitant amt for this drab room (no doubt b/c it was graduation weekend), I feel completely ripped off. Would not stay again.

The beds were so AWFUL. We drove 10 hours to get there and I had the worst 2 nights of sleep and then had a 10 drive home. I'm sore:( And the loud construction waking us up early

This was a great location to see all the history in downtown. Not sure the price was worth it, but it was in line with the surrounding hotels.

This is a great location for the hospital. Walking and convenient. But the price is terrible for what you get once inside the rooms are ok nothing great.

The walk ability was helpful as well as the second floor accessible door to the shops. It was nice to have business, and fitness center around. The valet and bellman on site was helpful as well. My only complaint is the bathtub faucet could use a replacement as well as some of the outlets.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Hallways and room getting a little dated. Construction of the hospital addition across the street a bit noisy during the day, not a problem at night. But overall a good value.

Front desk is extremely rude. I stayed here with my girlfriend to go see a Celtics game. Booked online had it all set to check in. When I arrived they were extremely unorganized. Younger kid at desk has no idea what he was doing and told me I would receive my deposit back which I never did. I’ll never stay at this Hotel again because if this kid at the desk.

Good hotel for the area. Do not valet your car at this hotel. Money was stolen from my car during my stay, after giving the valet a nice tip. Cannot trust these valet attendants. Park your car elsewhere!

Our first room faced a construction project and we didn’t have curtains. They changed our room. The tv in our new room was not working properly-the picture was so pixelated that we couldn’t see a show. Pool is seasonal. Parking is valet for $60.

This was a highly over priced hotel! Great location other than the construction across the street, which will likely be ongoing for years. Very noisy heat/AC system, so crappy they didn’t even have duvet covers - just two sheets on either side of an uncovered duvet, actual double beds - not queens that seemed past well used.
