"Don’t have high expectations as we did with booking a deluxe room, the room was in desperate need of an upgrade, I believe some rooms on the property were being renovated but ours looked nothing like the room on the photos. Not one coat hanger provided, an iron but no ironing board, bedding was supposed to be superior but the bed pillows smelled of stale sweat although clean pillow cases, found hair in bed, shower is either very hot or very cold couldn’t get it in between without it going off...
