"Location is great. Walking distance from the botanical garden and queens university. It felt like a safe neighborhood. Pros- location, quaint unique hotel. Had a room with 3 beds which is rare to find. Breakfast was quite good and a fair price. Also able to buy hop on bus tickets at reception Cons We were up 3 flight of stairs. "Loved the nice room but walls are paper thin and if you are a light sleeper it would be terrible. Extremely clean and we enjoyed our stay. Laundry was difficult to access because we had to call where it is self check in . Should have had instructions in the room … "

"Clean and tidy and comfortable but this is without doubt the noisest place I've ever stayed. There is supposed to be a noise curfew between 11_7 but that all goes out the window when there is nobody there to police it. Doors slamming all night partly down to the door closing system and you can hear every word spoken in the next room and when that is 3am first night and 4:30am second we were unable to have a full night sleep.
