"I really enjoyed my stay. The location is so convenient, only a kilometer to Grand Central Station and to the city centre. Breakfast buffet doesn’t have a lot of options but is plentiful and of good quality. Staff are friendly and were helpful when I had a question. "

"Our studio was well equipped with everything we needed. The staff are super friendly and checked us in early despite our early flight. They also helped us book our Belfast taxi tour and a taxi to the airport. The area is great and we could walk easily to all our destinations. We didn’t eat at the hotel but we loved the bar and live music each night. The only niggle was the shower where water pressure could be better. Would definitely stay again."

"Not even sure where to begin - this experience was simply stellar from beginning to end… Check in was fast, friendly & easy… upon entering our room it felt like we were walking into a terrace of City Hall, with the dome seeming to be mere meters from our door! "The staff there is amazing, the rooms are big and the beds are amazing. There are a lot of excellent pubs close by. There are cookies and candy and fruit in the lobby! My friend and I left our passports in the safe in our room we were on a bus heading to Ireland! They went and got our passports"

"This is the first city hotel that we have stayed in that wouldn't serve drinks to residents after the bar had closed. Very annoying as we had been to a concert next door and wanted a couple of drinks with our friends after the gig. Maybe something that could be looked into. The bar staff told us the night porter would get us drinks but he flatly refused. Put a bit of a dampner on the evening."
