"Service staff in the kitchen are wonderful. The room view was excellent. Now the not so nice. Customer service manager Chau, is unprofessional and overtly arrogant. Snearing while chewing his gum he openly muttered how staff were going to hear from him about doing their job. Prepaid meals not readily available. The entire hotel was under renovations, not just the fitness facility. This caused noise and elevator disturbances on a consistent basis. Noise in the hallways, slamming doors and arguments were not dealt with informally and timely by management."
