"So our AC went out twice during out stay once at 1 in the morning and we had to have maintenance come - they did not offer any discounts for this inconvenience. Also the main pool was closed which was not disclosed until we arrived at the property. The new rooms are changed to where the amenities don't work well - there is a wall in front of the AC which kept causing the fan to go out and then the bathroom door did not close all the way and no door to the shower so it's cold and very drafty when...

"Bedroom was poorly designed. The bathroom door & shower doors were sliding and swinging back & forth. Also, sink area was positioned outside of the bathroom lol. Otherwise, casino, resturants & pool area were fantastic."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
