"I am so impressed with my experience at the Bradley Boulder Inn! It is so convenient to get to Pearl street from the Inn, and the accommodations were great! My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable! There is a charcuterie and wine event in the evening that I was able to attend and I really enjoyed it! The staff was amazing, and it is clear that they strive for greatness daily. Great hospitality including a lovely, homemade breakfast bar! Highly recommend!"

"A few things could be updated, in room and throughout the hotel, but nothing took away from the comfort of the bed which is what mattered most. Great location and overall a charming, historic place!"

"The room was filthy - Broken long nails on the floor. Bugs (beatles, spiders). This was the back units of building 16. The toilet had stuff in it and hadn't been cleaned. It was disappointing. I am used to a different standard from Marriott than this. Staff was nice."

"In the Boulder area for a wedding and stayed a night at this charming inn. Well appointed with great rooms. The breakfast was excellent and the staff helpful. Niwot is a quaint town with a fun Main Street."

"The room was clean and the area was safe. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was OK. There were no fresh fruit options and limited seating. Our room had electrical issues so we were moved across the hall where we discovered that room also had electrical issues. We did not feel like complaining twice so we dealt with it."

The General Manager would not refund me for checking out three days early.I have been coming to this hotel for many years,I will never stay here again. The staff is respectful, management is terrible. I was very taken back being treated in this matter,even after explaining why I had to check out early."
