"They charge to park in the hotel parking lot, and not tell you about the parking charge. They do not have wash clothes in the room, we had to ask for this. The lady that checked us in seemed like she was on something and that the person behind the glass was more important than the customers checking in"

"The walls are paper thin and you can hear neighbors quite easily. The 3rd floor seems to be the party floor and avoid at all costs. The best part of the stay was the breakfast and the gym. There is a Peloton available in the gym. Nice bar area for a drink and appetizer."

The rooms come with full kitchen, washer and dryer , clean place , you got everything you need and lots of stores and restaurants to eat and shop if needed for snacks ,drinks , lots of late night plsces to grab food if needed or you can go down to their own convenient store they have in the lobby . I will be back soon again . "

"Canyon Pool bar and grill didn't open at the time advertised. There is not 2 restaurants on site, only the Canyon Grill, which is at the pool and has limited hours. Prices were quite high too. The room was supposed to have a main kitchen and 2nd bedroom have a small kitchen area, it didn't have any type of kitchen in 2nd bedroom. Master bedroom had 2 tubes of used toothpaste on counter, fork in dishwasher and coffee spill in kitchen sink.Communication to/from property was ignored. I sent emails...
