"Pretty decent place to stay. Quiet for the most part.
The room was nice and clean. The staff did give a little bit of trouble. I know check out was 12 pm and the front desl told us this.
But the cleaning staff was knocking on our door repeatedly at 11:02 AM telling us it's check out time. We told them it's at 12 but they were adamant it was 11. I called front desk and they said 12.
There was also the incident with my little sister's car on the parking lot they apparently don't ...

"This is my 2nd time staying here and i believe it will be our place of choice every time we stay in DC. The only thing that would be above and beyond is if you could put a coffee maker or electric tea kettle. This is so we dont have to get dressed and come downstairs before we’re ready! Other than that, chef’s kiss!"

"We checked in later in the day. Closer to bedtime after a long drive. We were only rating one night.
Checked into the rooms (requested joining rooms). The 2nd room my wife and 3 of the kids were sleeping in smelt like smoke. We booked 2 non smoking rooms. My wife has Adam and so does my youngest daughter.
No other room close to us was available so we made it work by switching since I also had 2 kids sleeping I. The room with me. We are a family of 7.
I was very disappointed. When reported it...

"I did not have a car with me. The metro station was farther than I thought it would be but was fine during the day. I wouldn’t recommend walking back alone as a female. I took a Lyft car, which is fine, but I spent more money than I thought I would. But overall this is a very nice place, very clean. I would definitely recommend it. The staff were also very nice. "

"Literally home away from home! This hostel/hotel is made up of three converted walk-ups. There are hostel-style rooms with multiple beds, and there are hotel-style rooms with bed and full bathroom. The room I stayed in had a very tall window that could be opened.
Logistically speaking: there is a Safeway within a few blocks that’s open late. If you prefer Trader Joe’s, that’s an easy walk in the other direction.

"Long time guest here. the hotel and its staff are absolutely great. It’s reasonably priced amongst all other competitors in the D.C are but with much more amenities and it is close to everything including the airport which is about 8 mins away.
