"We had a rough day before arriving. The hospitality just wasn’t there. It was almost like the person on the home was telling me F you with a smile on her face.
We got to the room where there were had marks everywhere. My daughter picked up and almost ate candy that was left on the floor before we got there.
I tried to look past all of that until I opened the window to look outside where I saw 2 Rats running around."

"The Inn is older in the style I remember from summers at the shore. The room was clean, updated and well maintained. Everything was great. The reason I rated 4 out of 5 was because access is to the room is outside. OK for a summer visit when it is light out later in evening. In the dark and stormy dead of winter I would have had issues getting to the second floor."

"this hotel had a very stale feel. the rooms were not very clean and there were no amenities in sight. we only stayed here one night for a stopover airport visit. the best thing about the hotel was the shuttle to the airport. I really felt the rooms could have been much cleaner and nicer for the price I paid"

"Did online check-in and waited for digital key as I always do. Check-in time came and went and several hours later app still said that the room was being prepared. Had to go to the front desk only to be told that the room was ready. Not a big deal… But frustrating.
Woke up at 6 AM to loud hallway music playing, open the door to find a speaker right above room 112 where we were staying. I’ve never been in a hotel where the hallway music was playing let alone loud enough to wake people up. Went...
