"The cabins were quite charming, but staff was not helpful - we arrive an hour early with a little kid desperate for a bathroom, and no we weren’t allowed cause our room wasn’t ready. Not only that, when we came back after checking time, the room still wasn’t ready, and because there are no amenities on site, the front desk told us to go to the gym to kill time. The hotel is remote, so there’s nothing around for miles. Incredibly unhelpful, and not set up for families. Their wifi is also...
