Hotel restaurant was excellent and hotel staff were friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable of Banff highlights. Hotel Moose amenities were excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop hot tub overlooking the Canadian Rockies. Would definitely stay again. "

"Friendly, helpful staff made our visit enjoyable. We booked a king 1-bedroom suite and the layout was perfect for our 5-night stay. Hot tub was perfect. This hotel is the third one in the ski bus stop, so we never ran into a problem making it in the bus and didn’t have a long wait for other stops on the return. Hotel is a bit dated, but it was very clean and beds were comfy. "
