"The level of professionalism was perfect all around. While at the pool, I noticed they have staff walking around to ensure everything is OK, the water was perfect, even had a tester come by while relaxing, room was very clean and the little touches from the sink, art work, quality of linen and pillows, you can tell they truly care about their property and their guest experience. The breakfast that's included hit the spot and was consistent. You can also tell they used real eggs vs liquid eggs...

"Everything was mostly great with the room a staff. Just one incident on the second day, with a large roach on the wall. Staff sprayed the room after."

"This property is a standalone ‼️‼️. The attention to detail is impeccable. Stepper, super friendly and helpful and truly Care . Just as a little touch when you have breakfast, you just go get your free coffee.🤗 this property is super close to Orlando health complex of services, including the hospital. There is a free shuttle that can be called and will take you to all the different buildings.. the fitness center has the latest and the greatest and a pillow top beds a wonderful. 💯% ❣️"

"Suites were very nice, clean, coffee and tea in the room. Dishes, cups, and cutlery as well. microwave and coffee maker also in room. Lots of towels. Pillows were very comfy. Pool side very nice with patio chairs and tables. Lots of free parking on site. Near Lots of amenities- restaurants, shopping, gas stations. 24/7 staffed front desk. Easy check-in and check-out."

"The pool was green and the property is in an industrial area. Not very conducive to sleep. There was some kind of engine or machine running next door continuously and was very noisy. The front desk person was not very helpful. The room was clean, but they demanded a 100 dollar security deposit for any damage. I took pictures of the room and the damage already there when I got there. The toilet connection was hanging off the wall and one of the floor boards was damaged. Wouldn't recommend...

"The room was dirty, our socks turned black, the ceiling had several black globs of something on it. The water quit working as we were going out for the day. when we got back it was back on, but there was a puddle of water coming out from under the bathroom floor. We cleaned it up and no more came out so we didn't call the front desk. Later that night as we went to the bathroom out socks keep getting wet, but couldn't see where it was coming from. Turned on all the lights and it was coming up...

"First morning there they were already out of eggs, sausage, pancakes and waffle batter. Came back around 2pm to clean up and all water was shut off so went in pool for an hour and still no water when returned to room. Water finally turned on but next morning no hot water so it was a cold shower morning before check out. Room was damp and musty, floor was so wet we were worried about falling. No exhaust fan in bathroom either!"

"I didn't like that the pool was not well kept. The water was murky i brought bathing suits with me but I couldn't get myself to go in the water. It did not look clean. Also I didn't realize it was a dog friendly hotel until I heard a dog barking outside my door. Luckily I always bring a fitted sheet and pillowcase with me, because I guess the dogs can sleep in the bed too. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was nice and they kept coffee and tea out all day long which is nice. Sometimes...
