"Staff was nice. The front desk guy put me in a non-smoking room because I didn’t realize I hadn’t picked non-smoking. I was traveling out of state for a family emergency and just needed a place to crash. The room was clean too. "

"Mold in restroom ceiling which my is allergic to. Water puddle in middle of floor from HVAC, used hotel towels to clean up then we decided enough is enough we departed for another hotel then brough key cards back and retrived bag we forgot."

"Clean room & staff was great but the room had a bad (strong & unpleasant) smell to it that would not go away even after I sprayed the room with a air freshner. I believe it was coming from the air conditioning/heat unit"
