I spoke to a staff member over the phone 2 days before checking in, letting him know that my sister will be there to decorate the room on the same day I supposed to check in, but she will be there before I checked in, to decorate the room and to set up promptly and smoothly the surprise, if it’s possible. "The door didn’t shut. The bathroom tub didn’t drain. The floors were dirty. It was not clean."

"The staff and facilities at The Dagny are top notch. The property is well maintained and kept very clean. Every staff member we met had customer service top of mind. When they discovered that my wife and I were there for our anniversary they made sure we got a suite with a view. The doorman at our day of departure, went out of his way to tell us where and how to use the train to get to the airport. Thank you Dagny staff!"
