"I like the location because is close to a metro station and a convenient store "DM" and the room had a kitchenette and that was very helpful. I didn't like that I had to put a sign on the door in order to have the room clean and when I did it, the cleaning staff claim they didn't see it. But overall is very good. I will stay again."

"We were in Berlin for the record heat wave and this hotel saved us! They not only had air conditioning but when one of our rooms ac was not working, they gave us a new room. The location is great! There is literally a tram stop right in front and it’s only 2 stops from Alexanderplatz, the central metro station, with lots of shops and restaurants. It was comfortable, clean and convenient."

"The place was better than we were expecting, with nice amenities and well located within the city. It was a great surprise that Numa left the fridge stocked for my birthday - it is greatly appreciated! The only thing I can think of for 'improvements' would maybe be an oven and the TV to work better with the blue tooth casting as it did not work with anyone's phone - kept breaking up every 5-10 minutes. Finding the apartment initially was hard as it was not well marked along the street nor...

"Great home base for our stay in Berlin. Loved how close it is to the train station. The room was perfect for us."

"The shower door didn't fully seal so after the first shower the bathroom was flooded. Our stay coincided with an usual heat wave which is not the properties fault, however it is advertised as having air conditioning. What it has is a chiller unit for the entire building that was not capable of keeping up with the temperature outside. It had to be 39 in our room which made for terrible sleeping. After speaking to the staff after the first night they suggested it was our fault for not setting...
