"Our rooms were not available at 4pm check in time, we discovered while trying to shower that 1 of our rooms had no shower soap or hand soap. It turns out the ENTIRE HOTEL HAD NO HAND SOAP. Then the elevator started going haywire while us + others were in it. Then their engineering team insisted they had to come in to upgrade our TVs immediately, despite do not disturb signs being on. "
