Perfectly located to enjoy a leisurely walk around downtdown Maysville. Fantastic eateries and pubs just footsteps away from the front door. "Price was excellent. Room was quiet, clean, comfortable and felt safe. Window curtain on tracks nice touch. Some rooms are being refurbished. Mine had been already. No coffee maker in room but on site restaurant gave free coffee with hotel key card."

"The rims need upgraded The rooms need clean The floors are not mop The toilets are not clean they've got about a year worth of urine on the ground by the toilets and the older lady that works there in the morning is very very rude disrespectful it does not need to be a customer service representative for the hotel"

"The outside of the property needs some improvements and sprucing up. The carpet in the room was extremely dirty, turned our feet black. The beds are ok, but not very comfortable. The metal bed frame made loud noise when turning over in the beds. The mattress could defiantly use an upgrade. The reclining chair in the room had a large paint stain and needs cleaned or replaced. And the arm of it was kind of broken. The table between the beds was sticky. The bathtub faucet leaks, doesn't shut off completely. I would like to say that the breakfast area was clean and well stocked with healthy choices. The pool and pool area was clean. The staff was kind and accommodating. We were in room 107."
