The whole place smells like meat. The restaurant has no vegetarian options other than salad. The room is a nice size and the reception workers are accommodating.

This accommodation has a lot of potential. The pool is great. The apartments are really large and clean. There are a few restaurants on the property that no longer function except to serve special events which is unfortunate because it’s in the middle of the country with nothing closeby. The office is a mile away from the accommodation. Google maps does not lead you directly to the office. The people running the place are very nice & helpful. There’s a good restaurant they run attached to the office.

The property was difficult to find as the Expedia link did not rake you to the property . The property itself was not at all clearly marked and appeared to be a shop ! No instructions on how to use the coffee machine . Just all in all , a bit frustrating.

Impecável, tranquilo e com tudo o que era preciso!

A estadia foi tranquila, com todas as comodidades perto. Embora a piscina não estivesse exactamente onde estavam os apartamentos, estava bastante perto e mais perto ainda do restaurante que tinha comida absolutamente excepcional! Já para não falar em todo o pessoal do staff que foram impecáveis durante todo o período que lá estivemos. Recomendo vivamente!

La chambre était de taille agréable et les 2 personnes que nous avons rencontrées à l'accueil plutôt sympathiques. En revanche, nous etions 4 personnes, et la 4e personnes a du dormir sur un canapé. Il ne s'agissait même pas d'un canapé-lit mais de deux canapés qu'il fallait accoler. Autant vous dire, qu'il y avait un espace entre les 2 pendant la nuit. Les lits ne sont pas du tout confortable, et la piscine n'est pas sur site mais à 2 min en voiture. Pour une nuit sur place, ce n'est pas vraiment gênant mais pour un sejour plus long, si. Pour le petit dejeuner, rien à dire, c'est plutôt très copieux.

This is not a hotel and so Expedia should be more clear about that and not have it show up in a hotel search. This is more like a cabin rental where you rent a room in a house with shared common areas. The house we were in is quite dated and both the facilities and the decor could use updating. The bathrooms were small with very old and rusty fixtures.

Rather strange experience, not a hotel but rooms

Reception telephoned us the day we were arriving to check our arrival time, I felt they stayed behind just for us. We took suitcases and dog out of the car only to be told our room was 1km away and to follow the receptionist in our car. The room was OK, we shared an apartment with another couple. All advertised facilities on site were closed except for the pool. We had to travel back to get something to eat, the food was not great, we're sorry to say. The place was typical, rustic and peaceful. The place clearly won many awards in the past and has the potential to be great once again but we were left with the impression that the current management do not seem to be doing it justice.

Correu bem apesar da piscina distar 1 Km do local do alojamento. Pequeno-almoço deixa a desejar (Qualidade/Variedade/Preço) não justifica o custo do mesmo, com muitas moscas na sala onde se tomava o pequeno-almoço. Internet fraca e com pouca rede para telemóvel.

Pequeno almoço mt mau e piscina longe

A piscina ficava longe do nosso alojamento, o que ñ foi agradável pq ñ sabiamos q iamos ter que nos deslocar... mas o q mais me desiludiu foi o pequeno almoço ja estivemos em muitos sitios alojados mas sem duvida este foi o pequeno almoço com pior qualidade/variedade.uma zona com produtos regionais de excelência e ñ tem a capacidade de inclui—los na principal refeiçao do dia dos seus hospedes. Fiquei muito desiludida. As instalaçoes eram asseadas e nada a apontar. Mas tem que melhorar os pequenos almoços e informar melhor que a piscina é noutras instalações.

Average place, not so great service

Average place. Location is not great, but environment in the mountains was pleasant. However, when the hot water was not working in the morning they still didn't show flexibility with the checkout time. The first contact by phone before the check in was not the best either. Overall, decent place, 12mins driving from the center which needs to improve the way they take care of costumers

Nossa experiência foi de apenas um dia, marcada pelo bom atendimento. A localização é um pouco afastada do centro da cidade, mas com uma bela paisagem no caminho. O lugar é bonito e bem tranquilo, porém especificamente a limpeza da unidade precisa de atenção.

Hospitalidade mas sem condições para famílias.

Reservei uma suite familiar para 2 adultos e 2 crianças e fiquei alojada num quarto com wc privativo mas tinha de compartilhar a casa com outros hospedes. Nunca fui informada que íria ficar numa casa. A suite familiar com 1 cama de casal, 1 cama de solteiro e um sofá cama. O sofá cama tinha cum cochão finissimo que ninguém conseguia dormir sem dobrar o estrado todo. Inadmíssivel. Conclusão: Dormimos 3 na cama de casal.
