When I gave them the number to ring to sort that hotels.com gave me, they didn’t try to get through to them. I then had to pay to stay in another hotel last minute. No help from some of the staff and no manager to talk to."

"We enjoyed our stay and the location was great. The only thing we disliked was the toilet being in a separate section to the main bathroom. We found this unhygienic as there was no facilities for hand washing before you had to touch door handles. Everything else was great"
