"If you advertise as a hotel you should have someone on call 24/7. Called and left a voicemail around 11 pm and there was no response. Clearly even if you dont want to staff the front desk overnight someone should pick up the phone and answer voicemails."

"The property was very cute and felt safe. We had a lot of privacy and the room was stocked with anything we needed. Everything was in great condition and working order. We’ll definitely be staying again, much better than a typical hotel."

"This was my first experience in a ROOST property and it was a great alternative to a classic hotel! The apartment was modern and chic but cozy. It felt like coming home to our own place after walking around the city. The apartment was very clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The 3rd floor amenity floor was gorgeous - beautiful green terraces to hang out on, a spacious and clean outdoor rooftop pool, hang out spots that were empty every time we visited. The location of the building was steps...

"A beautiful hotel that was incredibly accommodating to me when there was an issue with the initial hotel I booked. For the same amount of money I was able to stay in a hotel much nicer than the original one I booked and it made my entire visit worthwhile. Gorgeous property that is both modern / renovated yet retains some of that classic hotel charm that is missing from most hotels these days."
