"Beds were very comfortable, pool was clean, as well as the room was spotless. Air conditioning was wonderful, when we arrived it was 65 in the room. It felt great after a long day in the sun and 100degrees outside. We will definitely stay here again, hotel is not even a year old yet. Very nice property! Great experience from check in to check out!"

"Found multiple hairs in my room but honestly, I just always expect to find them now. Also a very nasty spot on the couch and needed more window coverings. Overall a good a stay though and a good breakfast. Very big room and the rest of the room seemed very clean."

"Awesome place. The decor is elegant, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The staffing appears to be light, but a note in the elevator explained what to do if we needed cleaning or swap towels, etc. There were little pieces of trash on the floor in the halls that could have used a vacuum. Overall, We would come back to this hotel."

"I was very happy with my last stay. I have stayed here several times over the summer. The upgraded our room since it was our Anniversary and we both were blessed by that. What an incredible gesture. We really enjoyed our stay and the amenities. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay near the lake."

"the hotel was very nice and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, our room was actually one of the quietest I've ever stayed in .....but i could not give a 5 star due to the fact that on the morning we were checking out, we were parked in back parking lot - we went out about 6:45 to load our car and was planning to come back in to do breakfast (which was very good the 2 mornings we did get to go) before getting on the road, the door was locked. and while i understand since this was a back door I would have thought that by 7:00 a.m. doors would have been unlocked, also there was no signage stating that door would be locked behind you when you went out... and this hotel sits in the hills of Branson so the parking lot is up and down hills from one side to the other so walking around to front door was not really an option for my husband"
