"On arrival the restaurant was closed and upon asking the receptionist o was told there is no restaurant near by . The room was never cleaned and dirty towel was put back on the rail. Room was noisy at tines with main villa door being shut and people coming in and out also dog being left in next door room. The restaurant staff didn’t speak English. "The hotel is ok, but definitely not a 4 star. Pro’s: Good location Con’s: The bed was uncomfortable. No enclosed shower, just an open tub, with dirty jets, taking a shower meant the water splashing everywhere. WiFi reception was terrible. Definitely not soundproof. Breakfast just ok. "

"I booked a "Deluxe Suite" at this hotel. They put me in a substantially lower quality room (without mentioning the difference). When I went back to raise the issue with them, they said that due to a mistake, they had given my room to someone else. I told them that wasn't acceptable and booked another hotel through Orbitz.
