What an amazing hotel. Very stylish and comfortable... this is easily a £250 a night equivalent in Amsterdam or Paris.. and it could match those hotels with style

Amazing hotel

Wow what a great hotel service as been amazing my room was a large room the bath is the biggest bath I have ever seen the bed is a super king size breakfast is was lovely the staff was so friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble I will definitely be coming back to this hotel 10+ star

We would NOT recommend this place to anyone staying in Brasov. The host (we didn’t get her name but she is in her 50s, blond shoulder length hair) is very rude which makes the whole stay very unpleasant. For example we had to wait 20 mins to be let in the main door for checkin, no apologies were given. Reading all comments about this place as well as all the aggressive responses from the host and seeing that it has a low rating makes so much sense. Save yourselves the trouble and pick another accommodation for your stay in Brasov.

avantage VIP non reçu. Justification : 'on n'a jamais entendu parler du programme VIP, c'est probablement une erreur d'Expedia. Le comble !!! Avant notre arrivée : appel pour nous dire qu'on ne pouvait pas payer par carte et qu'il fallait aller chercher du cash pour payer à l'arriver.. Ensuite : impossible de profiter du spa car un problème d'électricité qui fait que si ils activent le spa , cela va affecter le réseau dans la rue (dingue comme justification) Ensuite la patronne a dit que comme nous sommes arrivés vers 18h , cela était trop tard pour le spa... c'est pourtant indiqué a 2 reprises dans la farde de l'établissement : ouvert de 14h à 20h!!! le soir en rentrant du restaurant : plus de places de parking : j'ai du me garer sur un terrain vague adjacent au parking au risque d'endommager les pneus. et a ce moment là , a minuit (!!!) l'employé de la réception nous agresse pour savoir pourquoi on s'est plaint a expedia Mais plutot que d'etre désolés des inconvénients subis : il préférait être désagréable . La chambre pleine de moustiques : pas de baignoire a remous contrairement a ce qui est indiqué sur le site d'expedia , mais une simple grande baignoire...Le lendemain au petit déjeuner (excellent ceci dit ) la patronne nous agresse comme l'employé la veille. J'ai dû dire que je voulais mon petit dejeuner en paix car elle n'arretait pas de nous reprocher d'avoir signalé les problemes a expedia. du coup : j'ai recu un café avec un insecte dedans = vengeance? deçu

Schrecklich und unangenehm

An der Unterkunft angekommen waren wir von außen überrascht wie schick es aussah, wobei der Parkplatz abfällig und nicht markiert ist wodurch jeder so parkte wie er Lust hatte. Nun folgende Punkte: -WiFi schlecht: Verbindung nicht wirklich möglich Signal zu schwach. -Dreckige Handtücher wieder aufgehängt Nachfrage nach neuen Handtüchern mit der Aussage Sie bleiben nur zwei Nächte da gibt es keine neuen Handtücher ist ein absolutes No-Go -Billigste alte Matratze die man irgendwo gefunden hat wurde angepriesen als traumhaftes Schlaferlebnis (absoluter Albtraum wenn man die Federn im Rücken hat) -Nicht das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen sondern ein günstigeres, erst am letzten Tag gesehen das die Gold-Suite teurer ist. -Frühsück mittelmäßig aber ausreichend -Bett wure nicht neu bezogen -Sauberkeit im unteren Mittelmaß -Nur ein Bademantel bei zwei Personen -Check in ohne Informationen zu buchbaren Extraleistungen (was es kostet massiert zu werden wusste er auch nicht ) -Mitten in der Nacht laute Geräusche der Waschmaschine um 0200-0330 (schleudern) schlafen nicht möglich -Die ganze Nacht lautes Hundegebell -Personal im Hotel unfreundlich -Heizung macht Geräusche -Ich würde dem "Hotel' eher B&B drei Sterne geben mehr sind es beim besten Willen nicht wobei Sauberkeit keiner Sterne bedarf -Für den Preis darf und sollte man mehr erwarten können. Wer also Entspannung sucht ist hier absolut fehl am Platz

Slightly disappointed

The room was lovely apart from a few things that was disappointing; 1. Service was not great, quite a miserable concierge... made us feel unwelcome 2. Lots of lights not working in room, told the reception as we went out for the afternoon but not resolved upon our return 3. Hot Tub... to me a hot tub has bubbles, this literally was a big bath and nothing else

The perfect "Faulty Towers" experience if you want to be insulted in an over-rated establishment. Poor value for money.  Not a 5 Star establishment. Very rude owner. We brought a nice wine from the town, but when we asked for wine glasses, we were refused. We wrote a compaint and unbelievably the owner actually wrote...."The price of a wine bottle in our hotel is 20 euros,if you can not afford to pay 20 euros for a bottle of wine means that you should choose a hostel." Do not take the Standard rooms on the ground floor. We were in room 1 and it was terrible.  The room is right next to the reception and opening out to the breakfast/common area.  Could hear every guest coming and going, every conversation, the TV in the common area, etc Curtains didn't fully close so light came in but worst still the window was at street level and anyone could see in.  No tissues provided.  No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. No bottled water provided.  None of this particularly important to us, but if you claim to be a 5 star establishment, these are standard items. A coffee machine is right outside the room (in the breakfast area) but it was unclear if we were permitted to use it.  After asking twice, we were still not offered the use of the machine, so were embarrassed to use it. Hotel is a long way from the town up a very steep hill.  Only convenient if you have a car.  BTW you will pay 4.5 euro per day to leave your car in the (mostly empty) hotel car park.

מקסים, איכותי ומהנה

מקום מקסים!!! שירות מעולה! נקי מאוד וזמן תגובה של הצוות מעולה. את הווילה קשה למצוא, אפילו הוויז שוגה ומכניס למקומות מפחידים מאוד(הגענו בחושך מוחלט), אבל כשמגיעים מוצאים פנינה. אהבנו מאוד.

Der Whirlpool war beeindruckend, aber kein Whirlpool (keine Sprudelfunktion) und es brauchte 1-2 Stunden um ihn mit Wasser zu füllen. WiFi funktionierte in unserer Suite kaum. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt aber sehr angenehm und luxuriös. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Pour 5 étoiles c’est très décevant. Le décor est original mais ça ne justifie pas le prix. On nous change de chambre le jour même car expédia n’avait pas le droit de vendre la chambre pour 3 personnes adultes... on a bien compris mais on aurait pu savoir avant quand même. Sur les photos tout l’aire beaucoup plus chaleureux et beau, mais en arrivant c’est un peu fade. On s’attendait à beaucoup plus propre et luxueux pour 5 étoiles. Et le prix me paraît trop élevé. De plus, il n’y a pas non plus de restaurant à l’intérieur, on nous dit qu’ils peuvent commander pour nous mais en plus du repas on paie aussi le taxi. Et ce que je trouves hallucinant c’est le paiement du parking privé qui appartient à l’hotel ! Et ce n’est pas indiqué clairement sur le site quand on réserve ! Le prix du parking est de 4,5€ /nuit ! C’est excessif! Ce qui serait normal c’est d'inclure le parking dans le prix de la chambre. Je ne recommande pas.
