"Shuttle if very efficient and the wait is never long to get to the slopes and village area. Great area for walks and/or with dogs. Although I was hoping for pancakes or waffles with the continental breakfast but was great nonetheless. Had dinner reservations in the village and the shuttle was the way to go on a super cold night. It’s just what you need to be comfortable. Hot tub and sauna was refreshing. I’d would deff recommend staying there again. "

"The door to my room was broken. "Just throw your weight into it," should not be the instructions from hotel staff. The handle/latch had been troublesome for a while, judging by the instructions on the handle (on this room only) to pull up on the handle, not down, to open the door. I made so much noise trying to get in one night, that the guest staying in the room next to mine came out (in PJs) to ask if I was alright. Both of us tried a few more times, then we went to the front desk for help. The teenager staffing the desk was also not able to get the door to my room open. She offered to move me to a new room. What for?? My stuff was already in the room we could not access, and I was checking out in the morning! "

"This was the most disgusting place I have ever stepped foot in. There was BLOOD SPLATTERED ON THE WALLS, mold in the shower, holes in the wall stuffed with tissue, a nasty beanie covering the smoke detector. Towels were dirty, sheets were dirty. This place was a literal pit of nightmares. Go here to get hep c and bed bugs. We turned around and left, got a refund from Expedia. If you want to be in an episode of 20/20 then this is the place for you."
