Trotz der Lage an der Hauptstraße von Braunlage recht ruhig. Das Personal war sehr nett, die Zimmer und das Frühstücksbuffet gut. Guter Startpunkt für ausgedehnte MTB Touren durch den Harz

Super fint hotel og gratis parkering

Fine store værelser, gode senge, både bil- og MC parkering i gården bag hotellet. Værten vartede os op hver morgen, med alt hvad hjertet begærede, rundstykker, frisk frugt, æg og bacon You name it.

Kalte Dusche und nicht richtig sauber

Leider konnten wir unsere Kritik nicht persönlich äußern- die Rezeption qar abends entgegen der Angaben nicht bis 23:00 h besetzt und auch morgens war trotz klingeln niemand anwesend. Der wirklich freundliche Mitarbeiter am Empfang war nur bei der Ankunft zu sehen. Zahlung haben wir aufgrund der einmaligen Übernachtung auch bereits bei der Ankunft vorgenommen. Es gab kein warmes Wasser, im Bad stand ein benutzter und deutlich mit weißem Bodensatz bestückter Zahnputzbecher. Der Abfluss der Dusche war mit Haaren verschmutzt, die Armatur am Waschbecken hatte eine lose Abdeckung, Fugen waren schimmelig und sollten mal ausgetauscht werden. Die Suche nach der Fernbedienung des Fernsehers war zwischen den Matratzen erfolgreich - hier fand sich auch ein Teil einer Salzstange...das Bettzeug + Handtücher waren aber sauber. Die Unterkunft ist schon etwas abgewohnt, was für den Preis ok ist. Sauberkeit geht hier aber gar nicht und warmes Wasser sollte auch verfügbar sein.
