"The staff was great and very helpful except for one morning when I wanted to take coffee to my room . The gentleman seating people for the Buffet would not let me use the Buffet coffee because I didn’t pay for the buffet. He made me go to the bar and purchase coffee. The rooms at the Ruby are not cheap. What’s a cup of coffee for goodness sake! Other than that the bar tenders and barista’s were great!"

"The staff were so pleasant and welcoming that we felt relaxed and able to settle in. The young bartender helped us two over sixty Canadians sample our first Irish whisky over and beyond kindly. The location could not be better for transportation and restaurants. Despite being on a busy road, a quick walk and right turn led us to a lovely people friendly park Griffith Park, if i recall correctly, where the was a great blue heron from ahing and further down swans preening highly recommend !!"
