"The facilities were clean and nice. I stayed there because there was an event at the school. Most of the staff were very kind, but there was one person who wasn’t as helpful. When I asked for some toilet paper, they told me to buy it at a convenience store! Other than that, the rest of the staff were really friendly."

"We stayed for 2 nights. It was very busy. Checked in at the self service desk - very handy! Unfortunately our room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. But reception took immediate action. We didn’t move rooms until the next day. Gerry was exceptional in her customer service & kindness. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & made use of the Luas outside the door. The breakfasts were lovely as was our evening meal. Thank you"
