"Host entered our locked room while we were gone to draw the shades and turn our tv off. Invasion of privacy. Also, beware if you come here in the winter, host is a penny pincher and won’t keep the heat on in the house past 10pm. We were absolutely freezing and had to leave the accommodation because it was far too cold for our children. He refused to turn it on. "

"The shower head is fixed to wall above shower screen doors,so when you take a shower the head of shower was spraying everywhere which I didn’t realise it was wetting my clothes that I was putting on and wash bag.this was room 105 I told them this but poor apology. I bet this will not be fixed "

"We could not even get into our place that night and the number to call is no good. We had to find somewhere else to stay. Horrible "

"Room was amazing and the place had such a personality - in such a good location overall, SO close the everything. The gentleman who worked there served us such lovely coffee and breakfast in the morning. 10/10 would recommend to anyone coming to Derry!"

"Really a bad experience ... someyhing tht was totally fixable from a hotel perspextive ... when we arrived .. the checkin was easy and well done.. when we arrived in the room.. the there was a loud sound of a squealing fan from somewhere on yhe floor above. that squeal was finally stopped at 830pm.. the room was nice and everything was good until 710AM the next morning when the Drilling started... every two minutes for about 30 seconds the world loudest drill on the floor above ... we...

"Wonderful staff who really make you feel welcome. Lovely well appointed room but very small if you have luggage. Fantastic breakfast and great location. Only drawback is how hot the room was. No fans available and with the changing climate and heat rising to the 3rd floor I believe a small fan would go a long way."
