"I can’t lie, the room was clean; however, the hall way was dirty. And some of the staff was very rude and unprofessional…wasn’t friendly at all. You shouldn’t work in hospitality if you’re not Friendly period!"

"The floors in the room were not very clean. Excessive damage/worn tub and vanity sink. It appeared to have some new furniture but no updates to the physical room and bathroom. Hallway walls very dirty. Parking lot security questionable with no oblivious cameras that I saw around yet the street in front of hotel had city installed cameras with blue flashing lights that are typically used in areas of concern. I went to walk my dog at around sunset and was approached by two stray dog in the parking lot that I had to get away from my dog. Pet fee was more than what was advertised online and front desk person showed zero interesting or care in correcting the discrepancy."

"The beds at the Courtyard Mariott are always super comfortable and this property did not disappoint. Staff was also very friendly. "

"We often travel between TX and FL. This is our first stay at this hotel and it might become our regular stop. Thank you for having regular sized pillows on a king bed, not tiny ones on which it’s hard to sleep. And the sheets were a high thread count - very soft and comfortable. Even though our room faced the highway it was quiet enough not to be a problem. Lots of breakfast choices, too. And a Mexican restaurant right next door was the icing on the cake. We haven’t stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in awhile and this one was very convenient and comfortable. Ambrosia was ready with our check-in sheet so that was speedy. And we appreciate that the hotel has switched to wall mounted amenities instead of small bottles."
