"J’y ai passé 3 nuits, l’hôtel est formidable et sa localisation parfaite. Mais l’entretien des chambres laisse à désirer. En arrivant tout est parfait, mais durant le séjour les verres et bouteilles vides ne sont pas ramsassés, le Vanity kit n’est pas remplacé. Pour un hôtel de ce niveau je me serais attendu à mieux du personnel de chambre. Piscine super, sauna A1"

"We stayed for 6 nights, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. You only had to ask and things were sorted. The breakfast was to a very high standard and very tasty and broad ranging. The staff on reception were very helpful indeed, they helped with providing a European plug adaptor. They also recommended a very good place for an evening meal, The Schnitzel Mitte. Which you wouldn't just happen upon, but was easily found with Google maps."

"After I booked this place I red that had some bad reviews so I was a little worried about this place. I booked 3 nights and for me I had a good experience, the communication with their staff was good, the place was clean it has a small kitchenette so I was able to cook some meals. It’s not a 3 or 4 star hotel but I had a goos stay."

"There is no registration desk, no well-informed staff to help travelers. Check-in is contact-free - at a computer kiosk. You have to enter your passport number etc, then process a card (from a stack of cards by the kiosk) to get your key card. A long process if you are jet lagged. The room was clean and small, but dark with a lot of black including black drapes, furniture, lampshades. Too dark for me. The best thing is location close to main train station. Breakfast appeard to be overpriced - we ate at the train station."
