"The room was very charming, with a private balcony. The second floor lobby was very comfortable for eating and lounging. The hotel supplies hot water for tea or hot chocolate at all times, plus all plates, bowls, mugs, and silverware, and with a fridge and microwave in the room, it was very easy to prepare simple meals there. It's an easy walk to Main Street or to the Peak 8 gondola."

"Perfect location for enjoying all that downtown Breckenridge has to offer. Room overlooked the Blue River facing East toward Main Street. Relaxing sounds of the water combined with beautiful scenery, wonderful weather, and location made this a great getaway from the heat and humidity back home."

"The best night’s sleep I had during a week long road trip! The unit is very good, the bed is spectacular (even though it’s a Murphy bed). The location rocks. The complex is due for some much needed seasonal maintenance. The hot tub needs an overhaul. Otherwise, great stay!"
