Dreckig und ungepflegt. Das Zimmer riecht stark nach Rauch, sogar Bettwäsche und Handtücher reichen nach Zigarettenrauch. Die Bettwäsche war schon benutzt, wurde vor unsere Anreise nicht gewechselt! Haare und Dreck der Vormieter im Bett und im Zimmer!

Die Heizung funktionierte nicht, das warme Wasser ebenfalls nicht. Der Mitarbeiter an der Hotline meinte, dass das eigenltich funktionieren müsste ... Auf unsere schriftliche Beschwerde haben wir keine Rückmeldung erhalten.
