"I had a very disappointing experience at Radisson Hotels. There were ants in the room, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. Additionally, the blinds were broken, making the stay even more uncomfortable. I expected much better standards from a brand like Radisson, but unfortunately, this visit did not meet basic expectations."

"I used to stay in this hotel in the past. I like the hotel. But this time, I had a bad experience. After I drove for few hrs under the rain we got to the hotel. Really tired. We checked in, we reserved a room with a king bed, but a room with two bed was given by the front desk staff. Then she told us our room is on the second floor but the elevador was not working. I asked if we can have a room on the first floor she said not is full. I was very upset but I tried to be nice, but was really hard to carry all the suitcases and bags to the second floor through the stairs specially for my friend due to her medical condition. Others guest were talking in a negative manner about the situation of the elevator. The front desk told us that the elevator problem has been an issue since eight month ago. Also she said that the hotel website has an advertisement about the problem with the elevator. But we checked it nothing was found in the website page. Really I like to stay in this hotel because I travel a lot. But the elevator experience was bad."

"As I stayed Room 132, I am afraid I cannot give them a high mark. Although staffs were great, the room was not so much. Basically, Psychodidae (commonly known as Drain Flies/Sewer Flies) was everywhere. They kept coming which indicates a plumbing issue or buildup in this property. As I understand it takes a lot of care to keep the property upright, I could not make myself relax during my stay. I believe this affected my performance degradation in the following day. Although there were positive side (again, staff and free breakfast to begin with), that did not offset the negative side that I got. Sorry I wish I could make my review nicer."

"The property was old but didn't care about that since it was 1 night. I left car there. I was skeptical because I usually park in another facility. The pick up was fine. On the way back the driver turned around as we were going to my car or I thought. He turned around to pick up some people.. Twenty minutes later he passes Middlebelt where I stayed at the Wyndham. He takes everyone to Valet connections. I said this is where I get off. It was stated yes. I go in and lady was unfriendly asked for my ticket. I said I don't have a ticket I got picked up from Wyndham. She calls back and he said I said valet. Why would I say valet? I said the hotel. Very dysfunctional and unprofessional. I want a refund. Never again. "
