"The breakfast and our room was nice. The staffing was not great. Smelled like someone was smoking pot in one of the bathrooms by the pool. Our room keys wouldn’t work due to our time expiring. Don’t know why cause we were staying till Sunday. Then had to leave the hotel for the fire alarm and the alarms were going off for a while. I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"The over all hotel was extremely dirty. The shower curtain had brown stains all over it and the blinds were broken and barely hanging on. As we checked in we noticed all of the cars in the parking lot at the time had a window that was broken and taped up and there was glass EVERYWHERE in the parking lot and on the sidewalk. When asking the front desk lady she said a couple cars at this hotel and the one down the street were broken into acting as though this was just a usual thing here in Ohio...

"We arrived Friday, March 13 and checked in around 3:00 pm. The power went out around 4:15 pm and when we left the property at 10:30 pm the power was still out. The manager (John) said that everyone would receive a complimentary stay because of the power outage. As of Saturday at 10:00 pm I still had not received a credit to my credit card. "

"Gym - NA Swimming Pool out of service while I was there.was told they would be starting to replace pool heater this weekend. Major job. They were working on rennovations on 3rd floor."

"The staff was very friendly, the amenities were fine. We used the workout room, which was a bit small, but adequate. The breakfast had good options. The room was very clean, and comfortable, but the downside was that it had a repulsive odor, like faint, wet dog. There is no carpet in the room, so I'm not sure where the odor was coming from. Possibly the heating unit. We did not address it with staff, but probably should have. The elevator was broken, which wasn't an issue for us, but may...

"The room itself was clean but the lobby itself was not very clean. The owner was arguing with a customer in the lobby while we were having breakfast. He was very rude and loud about the issue. "

"It was a perfect place to stay to be in downtown with a court date with early morning timelines, everyone was friendly, breakfast was hot & tasty and it was great for family to be altogether! We would choose this location again! 🇺🇸 we now have a new US citizen! "

"I stayed here for a short night after attending a sports event. Incredibly disappointed to be honest. I would like to first say the staff was excellent and responsive to my needs and assisting with the issues. Staff was great again. The walls here are paper freaking thin. I mean every single word that comes out of your “neighbors” mouth is heard. The pool area is disgusting it REEKS like cigarettes. Towels at this location are super old and raggedy. "The property was nice. You could here people walking on the floor above and other people opening a closing their doors. My biggest issue was that I had to contact the front desk to have the door fixed so it would actually close and lock"

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! All the staff is super friendly, good breakfast, & SUPER clean! Pool area was very clean as well! Shout out to Heather & Joann who went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable!"
