"The condo itself was absolutely amazing. The view was beautiful, the unit was extremely clean and spacious, and overall the condo looked and felt exactly as I hoped. I have no complaints at all about the actual property and would definitely give the condo itself 5 stars.
My only issue was the check-in process and communication regarding late checkout. Before arriving, I messaged the property and specifically asked about a late checkout. I was told that I could pay an additional $50 for a later checkout, which I was completely fine with.
However, when I arrived, the concierge checking me in had a very nonchalant and somewhat dismissive attitude when I brought it up. I was told that late checkout was not an option and that I would need to speak with a manager the following day. The next day, I called the front desk and asked to speak with a manager, only to be told that a manager was not available. After explaining the situation, the gentleman I spoke with was thankfully able to arrange a later checkout for an additional fee.
Everything ultimately worked out, but the process was unnecessarily confusing considering I had already asked about late checkout and received confirmation before my arrival. Better communication between the property and front desk staff, along with a more welcoming check-in experience, would have made the stay perfect.
Aside from that, the condo itself was beautiful and I truly enjoyed my stay."
