"Easy, plentiful parking. Comfy, clean room. Helpful and polite staff. I was a little sad to see that the Starbucks is no longer there in the lobby/bar area. But that's not a big deal. This is a very nice hotel. Also easy to and from local roads."

Upon arrival the furniture that holds the fridge was rotting, so we informed the front desk and they sent someone from maintenance who was really nice and he came the next day to change it. Front desk staff…. WOW… I’ve had better service at a DMV lol. Every single one of them seemed like they wanted to be anywhere else but there. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired, but we did okay for 2 nights. Very outdated hotel. For the price though, I guess not much else can be...

"The room and grounds appear clean. The room is pet friendly and upon entering the room there was dog poop under one of the beds. The cracks of the couch and chair had food crumbs and that tells me they aren’t very extensive with the cleaning. Although it had a “full sized” kitchen, the stove wan not functional and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. "Excellent hotel"

"The room we booked was NOTHING like the description on the site. One king bed and one pull out sofa that was supposed to be a full, however it was a twin. Couldn’t walk through the room with the pull out open. Room too small for one adult and one child and it was advertised to fit 4 people. Expedia online staff were difficult to deal with, couldn’t get a refund, couldn’t switch rooms and couldn’t change hotels. Absolutely horrendous customer service"
