"Hotel is on Allen Street which is a short cut/dragway for locals...very noisy street all night long! The other side of the hotel faces the parking lot/smoking area which can be very unpleasant if you have any reactions to cigarette smoke. TV package only carried one local network out of Burlington so up to date weather reports were unavailable during a statewide flood and tornado watch while we were there. Hotel personnel were great and breakfast was great...just a noisy smoky place."

"As a dog owner, this was the perfect stay. It is so convenient to have your car right there. The AC worked VERY well and the room was tidy, beautiful, and well kept. Everything worked great and appreciated the coffee in the morning! Just note you may not have great cell service, so knowing your room and code prior to arrival is very helpful to note down. Will definitely consider staying again!"

"Staff was wonderful! Our junior suite was comfortable. We enjoyed some of the older touches of the place as it evoked good memories of times gone by. Things are basic and it was very clean. The bed was comfortable and we were thankful for the ac that we could control in the room. Lots of easy walking and interesting places to eat in walking distance. Only downside is the parking so be prepared to walk a bit. There are a few handicapped spots right outside. Would certainly come back and...

"The room was not the best. Bathroom could have been cleaner & the toilet wasn’t flushing right . The breakfast buffet very disappointing; eggs watery, sausages rock hard like they been sitting too long At 730am. Very disgusting. Not impressed"

"The reception area had a funky smell when we arrived. The carpeting etc. in the hallways needs updating, walls need painting. I would not even bother to leave a negative review about that, however, but the room was not up to anyone's standards for clean. They did a decent job in the bathroom area but that is about it. I thought maybe they were short-staffed but there were staff members all over the place. I have to believe that no one is checking the cleanliness of the rooms. Every surface was...

"We stayed for 2 nights and had a great time. The hotel staff was so helpful with whatever we needed, including excellent recommendations on what to do around. The location is great and we stayed the whole time within a 10 minutes drive. The only thing I missed was coffee in the lobby or coffee machine in the room. We’ll definitely be back if we are in the area again"

"Lovely hotel ( looks more like condos) on the edge of town surrounded by trees and green. Staff was very helpful and available early and late. We had a suite (highly recommend). Very cute town, good restaurants, farmers market on Saturday. We took the train from Rutland to NYC. It was a 2 hour drive from Albany."

"Food was good, tasted fresh and cooked right away like a restaurant. He asked me what I wanted like at a real establishment , even took my order early . All homemade ingredients it tasted like. The room itself was clean also , and the staff I did encounter was very friendly as well. Parking wasn’t bad , no complaints there . Overall a very great experience and thank you for a very great experience "
