"The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast area was large and we easily got a table. They had every breakfast food you could probably think of. The only thing I found lacking was they did not have any French vanilla creamer for the coffee."

Once in the room, found dead bugs throughout the room, found what looked like a pizza stain on the bed and a few other suspicious stains very visible. Lots of hair on the sheet and just overall not a clean place as it says on when booking. Would love my ridiculous $300 back for the worst 6hrs of sleep"

"This hotel claims to be pet friendly yet their pet fees are enormous. I have 2 little dogs less than 14 lb each and we arrived at 5:30 pm and left at 4:30 AM (11 hours), and my fee for my 2 pups was $60. She wanted to charge me $80. I told her I will not be able to come back to that hotel again. There are many other nice hotels that charge $20 per dog. One would have thought I had standard poodles or of that size (I love poodles, they're great dogs) So that kind of ruined it for me. Yes,...

"This hotel is run very well and we stay several times a year at this location because of that. The rooms are very clean and it is quiet. There are great dining options within walking distance and many walking paths nearby. Everyone from the reception staff to the kitchen staff is super friendly and helpful making for a pleasant stay. The pool was out of order this time but that is usually very nice also."

The area around the hotel didn't offer much but it was conveniently located off the interstate. Staff recommended a great gluten free restaurant nearby! Good restaurants and shopping within close driving distance."

"One of the ladies at the front desk was quite unhelpful. During the check-in process, she simply handed me the keys without uttering a single word. I was unaware that there was no room cleaning if you didn’t stay for 7 days."

"There was a water leak across the hallway and the overnight repairs kept us awake all night. The following morning our room didn’t have any water pressure. There was no manager on scene and despite two messages, we were never contacted by anyone. Mistakes can definitely happen but the lack of communication was terrible."
