"I stood at hotel close to a week. The place its on a great location. A block from the ocean. However despite the great location; the customer service at this hotel is very poor. They dont give you more than 2 towels at a time per day. Be aware, there is an extra hotel charge of about $50 for the hotel amenities. If booking with expedia this is not disclosed somehow. The hotel charges this separately on check in. The reception does not answer the phone if you call from your room. You have to...

"We have stayed many years. Usually more than once a year. This year the room was a little dirty. The kitchen floor could have been cleaned better.. they are upgrading but we didn’t get a one this time either. Over all the price is way worth it. The balcony alone is one of the best things about this property. The vies have always been amazing. I always shop around, this spot is always my go to. Close to shopping, garage parking too."

"My family and I stood at the Sheraton to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean hallways and the rooms were all super clean. No odor. The best of all was that the hotel is pet friendly so we were able to bring our dogs and its literally around the corner from the outlets. We will definitely be returning and recommending to our friends and family."

It was also very convenient ,easy to get around and close to plenty of restaurants, stores, and other attractions. The only downside was the breakfast it was more of a light continental spread with muffins, bagels, granola bars, and coffee.so not the hearty breakfast I was expecting. Still, overall, a great experience, and I would stay again!"

"Bay view was very nice! As always, breakfast was wonderful! Our room was clean, bed made each of the 5 days. Only wished that fresh towels were placed daily- half of the days, towels were removed but fresh ones weren’t left. My husband had to run down to the front desk to get some.
