Above all the staff was very kind, guest oriented and made all the accommodations needed for my family. We felt safe and would definitely recommend. "The room was clean, but you could tell the bathroom floors weren't cleaned properly. We had to order extra towels and toilet paper because when we arrived, there were only three towels and half a roll. Pillows and blankets were terrible; if you're a woman, bring your own. The food is way overpriced, which I understand since we are in Seattle."

"This is a charming, reasonably priced hotel in a nice neighborhood. It’s less than half a mile from the cruise terminal, which is extremely convenient, if you’re flying into Seattle the night before a cruise.
My favorite thing about this place, however, was the staff. They were friendly, personable, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area.
Autumn was particularly nice and made an excellent recommendation for a local restaurant, which was amazing.
Highly recommended."
