"I loved it so much I am hesitant to spread the word in fear it be unavailable when I go again. This place is a gem! Worth the $$ asked for. The staff were all incredibly friendly and sincere. The security at the gate was top notch! The reception was easy and very communicative. The pool was clean and music was great. Our family can't wait to return!"

"DO NOT stay or reserve a room. I reserved a room and I checked in they stated all rooms taken. They confronted my reservation but didn't hold room like other reputable hotels do.
What hell it was to find another hotel at last moment, higher cost, lower quality hotels at last minute and additional taxi cost.
Front office person really didn't care that they didn't have my room.
Just a nightmare!!!

"El lago artificial que sale en la publicacion está seco (mantenimiento).
La alberca no la limpian diario (había mucha arena, hojas e insectos desde la mañana)
El Jacuzzi no funcionaba y le falta mantenimiento.
En el área de toallas fue muy difícil conseguirlas (en 5 días solo en una ocasión pudimos tener toallas)
El bar de la alberca lo abren solo viernes sábado y supongo el domingo, pero cierran temprano (6:00 pm).
Falta un mejor menú para botanear (no hay nachos de ningún tipo, ni papas, ni...

"Great property, great location, safe, beautiful, a little small but worked, we ended up not using the upper loft part instead used the couch bed. Upper part more for like children able to climb up and down the ladder or thin adults. Definitely recommend. Will most definitely will stay again on another visit. Lots of shops, food options, bars near by. Easy access to taxis."
