"Hotel is in good location. Front rooms facing Brunswick St are a little noisy. Paid extra for a balcony room which was a mistake. It was on the first floor with a pretty grim outlook. Room also seemed to smell a bit which may have been from previous guests smoking on the balcony. Otherwise the hotel was okay."

"My colleague had a very disappointing experience at Kooii Apartments. She checked in at around 7:30pm and was told by reception that no staff would be available after 8pm. When she entered the apartment, she found that one of the bedrooms was locked. She also discovered that the balcony sliding door was broken and could not be locked properly. As she was travelling alone, she felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, by then it was after 8pm and there was nobody available to help. She...

"We love the Westin. The staff are lovely and super helpful and the rooms are a great size and always super clean. Comfortable beds and nice pool area and bar. The breakfast is great with good choices. I definitely recommend staying there and will be looking forward to returning again."
