The room was extremely clean, the staff friendly and helpful. Bar and dining area clean and tidy with lots of cosy corners to hide in! Would definitely recommend and will stay here again if we return to Bristol!

Great location for visiting Bristol. Hotel a little run down. Staff friendly and enthusiastic but a little bit inept. Over complex air con and heating system a particular issue.

Brooks Guesthouse Bristol
The guest house is great, the room is great, the location is great... but the bed is awful. The mattress was mega soft and worn, which made it impossible for two people to sleep properly as we both rolled in towards the middle. Terrible night's sleep. We were in room 10 - maybe the beds in others ...
