"We had a great view and you can’t deny the fabulous downtown location, but, the hotel is a bit run down and the rooms are very dark. We will stay again because it is so well priced and located, but it’s not the most pleasant. Also, the valet parking is extremely expensive with a lot of added fees."

"Our room with a king bed was spacious and comfortable. We chose to have housekeeping each day of our 4 day stay, so there were fresh towels each day and new cartons of water to replenish those we used. The restaurant food was expensive but plentiful, well prepared, and delicious. We were traveling with children and found the staff accommodating to our needs for room service and food allergies. The location was convenient to shopping on Walnut and Chestnut Streets and and also to the museums along the Parkway and a just a short walk away from Reading Terminal Market and the historic district in Old City. I would return to this hotel and highly recommend it to other travelers."

"Lovely clean hotel. Rooms cleaned every day. Friendly and helpful staff. Location was excellent. Did not eat in hotel so can't comment on food. Would definitely recommend to others."
