The property was conveniently located near the train station and the old town area. Everything was in walking distance. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent.

Front desk is kind enough. Room is just renovated and very clean. I used off site parking, where is just cross the street, cost was just 2 euro until Friday 6:00pm then it was free for week end, which is quite acceptable.

Still keeping some of its past glory. Close to bus and train station which is good if you will use that to your next destination but also means you might find it a bit rough outside the hotel doors. Room was far down the corridor which meant extra stairs on that floor (odd design and not nice with heavy luggage) and meant internet was very weak. Had to go stand in the hallway to get decent signal.

It was challenging to park the car due to limited space at the front of the hotel. Once I paid upfront for the parking for the entire stay, I was informed that it might be that I will not get a spot due to the insufficient amount of spots for the guests, but I can park next to that reserved space and pay additionally the other owner of the rest of the parking. It is highly inappropriate that the guests who are required to pay for the parking spots are not guaranteed the space for their cars for the entire stay.

Unpleasant experience. I paid $140/night but the bath room heating is broken in freezing winter. At first night, I ask them to repair but the reception told me that they will have annual party that night and will have someone to fix it the next day. The next day, They send someone to repair but still can not fix the problem, so the we used a bathroom without heating for 2 nights.

Wir hatten vier Nächte ein herrliches gratis Upgrade Zimmer (vielen herzlichen Dank dafür!!) Das hotel liegt nahe am stadtkern- dementsprechend ist durch strassenbahnen etc. auch vermehrt traffic, was uns nicht störte. Frühstück könnte zur fortgeschrittener frühstückzeit noch etwas Besser sortiert sein! Bei uns waren die Brötchen eine halbe stunde vor Feierabend aufgebraucht. Geht nicht im 4 sterne bereich...

Stanza molto bella ed ampia, letto molto grande. Bagno con finiture in marmo, accappatoi a disposizione. Ottima colazione internazionale L'albergo è molto comodo perchè è attaccato alla stazione centrale, e al centro della città. L'unica nota negativa, che però non dipende dall'hotel, è che essendo attaccato alla stazione la sera i dintorni non sono ben frequentati.
