"Good property, and the suite was beautifully furnished. No complaints on the stay. The front desk staff was robotic, one could do Just fine with an automated machine instead, you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. What has gotten out of control is the new normal of 4 pm check in and 10 am check outs, which is absurd. No property deserves a 5 star rating/review with this policy being enforced."

"Went in the summer. It’s an amazing property and location. Only reason for not giving it a 5 star is the hot tubs weren’t fully working. Which wasn’t that big of a deal. They were still hot but only a a couple of them had jets working sort of. I will absolutely stay here again, and if the hot tubs are working. It gets a 5."

"We walked into our room and it was 87 degrees. Used their fan they provided for 4 hours, like they recommended, and it went down to 83 degrees by the time we went to bed. Wish it would have been known that they don’t have AC. Made our one hotel night, that was supposed to be nice and relaxing, wet and sweaty."

"The individual rooms are outdated and in serious need of renovation. Parking situation is very cramped and, on our last day, half of it was inexplicably closed off. This property allows individuals to own condos and rent them out while you can also book directly with the property. We didn't realize this and went with the lower priced option which was an individually owned property. As a result when I went to the front desk to ask for additional pillows and blankets, I was told they couldn't...
