"My visit to BALNEA Spa was exactly what I needed. I traveled from Vermont because I wanted to experience the spa, and it was worth every mile. From the moment I arrived, I felt myself begin to relax.
The property is absolutely breathtaking. The mountain views, beautifully landscaped grounds, and peaceful outdoor setting create an atmosphere unlike any other. I understand why photography is limited in the spa areas, but I wish I could have taken pictures of the incredible scenery because it was simply stunning. I was fortunate to visit on a day with beautiful weather, which made the experience even more memorable.
Unfortunately, I injured my back while I was on the property. It had been raining, and while I was hurrying, I stepped down awkwardly and hurt my back. Although that was an unfortunate accident, the massage and thermal spa circuit turned out to be exactly what I needed. They helped ease my discomfort and allowed me to relax despite the injury.
The staff were exceptional from beginning to end. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and professional. One member of the staff went above and beyond by treating me to lunch, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that I truly appreciated. That kindness meant so much to me. Overall, my experience was outstanding. BALNEA Spa gave me the chance to slow down, heal, and recharge during a stressful time in my life. I've already recommended it to many people, and I will absolutely return the next time I'm in the area."
