New property, everything works. The rooms have kitchens including hobs but no pots, pans, plates or cutlery so it seems a waste. Best if you have a car as nothing is walkable. We were on bicycles.

Great stop off point as we were travelling through Vermont and on to the white mountains! Great place, good location and everyone was so friendly

We booked a stay here at the beginning of October. The hosts were so welcoming, and gave us ideas of where to explore in the area. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and so cosy. Breakfast was cooked fresh every morning, and the choices were delicious. There were freshly baked cookies daily, and other complimentary snacks I’d definitely return in a heartbeat

Great little B&B with amazing home cooked breakfast. Our room was a good size with an en-suite which had a lovely big shower. No coffee, TV etc in room but coffee available downstairs anytime and there was also a TV room and lounge area for use. No food allowed in rooms which keeps them clean. Bed was comfortable and towels were soft and fluffy. Nice shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided too. Well located with access to rear through back roads so you could avoid the traffic.

From the second the booking was made we could not have been happier. A PDF with details of everything you would need to know. I have a disability so was sent easy access instructions for the lodge. The room was fabilous. Clean, really well appointed with a great bathroom. Really comfy bed great pillows. This is not a huge room BUT has more than enough for a GREAT STAY Also as much coffee and tea as you could eish to drink! Want breakfast? Taje the advice of the Lodge and travel 7minutes to...

I always stay at Warren Lodge when skiing at Sugarbush. It is clean, private, communication is great.

Very nice hotel in centre of town. Good restaurant for evening meal next door

Retro, rustic with style & panache a la Vermont. Comfortable & informal whilst being friendly. Nice combo

We stayed for 1 night as part of a New England road trip. We were met by the owner on arrival who could not have been more helpful. He suggested a number of places to eat. The room was clean and tidy and included bottles of water, soap etc. The breakfast had many choices and all were fresh. Would stay again

Excellent choice of breakfast

The hotel was situated a short walk from the transit centre. Nice peaceful location. The room had everything I needed and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was adequate with good coffee. Pleasant and helpful staff.

I stayed in High Hill to be near skiing areas and it was within a comfortable driving distance to Sugarbush. My stay was excellent and the kind hosting couple gave my weekend a very homely feel. The B&B is also very close to Montpelier which is nice for dinner and maybe a beer.
