"Sheets did not fit the beds at all. Stayed here a year ago it was maintained a lot better. It smelled like someone has been living in the building for a while like there was some sort of kitchen in there. Good for the price but will have to book somewhere else next time we are in town."

"The staff asked if it was ok to place me in a second floor room with no elevator. When I said no, I have a disability, they said they couldn’t change me to a first floor room. When I got to the room the floor was dirty. There were food crumbs on the couch and pieces under it. It was loud. The rooms around us were rented to a youth team and their staff did not monitor this wing of the hotel or enforce quiet hours. Young children were running between rooms yelling, screaming and slamming doors. The rooms are not sound proof. Also, the hot tub advertised is no longer in use. It was all around unpleasant. "
