"Clean room, nice staff!"

"Great hotel that was clean, convenient, and comfortable. Security was on site at night patrolling the parking lot which is gated and the hotel is locked down at night. I’mbeeu picky about location and cleanliness of hotels and I’d stay here over and over again if I was in the area again. They also had a huge selection of complimentary breakfast if that’s your thing."

"It was three of us. I did put it down when making the reservations on Expedia. When it came time to choose the room type the options were king or double queen as one single option. When it was time to check in I explained that to the clerk she told me she couldn’t give me a room with two beds because I book through a third party website. After explaining that the only choice was king/double queen as one option. The carpet in my room was extremely dirty. Could not walk without shoes."

"The room was clean however the curtains were difficult to open and close because the rod used was to do this function had torn up curtains that was a little disappointing for such a nice hotel and surrounding area was so nice. they also failed to leave enough towels and hand towels and was cloths after servicing my room and we had to call for some to be brought to us. It was done quickly and that we did appreciate very much. We didn't buy the breakfast package this stay as i felt it wasn't...

"Other than breakfast being only mildly warm, and lacking in any potato offering, our stay was good. The WiFi is unsecured so I’d advise not using it. The room was spotless, and the bed, though very firm, was comfortable. The landscaping is beautiful and nicely maintained. The location is excellent, 1 mile off 75, with restaurants and liquor stores, etc. in close proximity."

"I had to wait at the front desk over 15 minutes to check in. This was at 5pm. There was another staff member sitting in the “lobby” his response was she is outside. I walked out to see if I saw anyone but did not. She had a real blunt attitude and it got worse when I informed her that I had a reservation. Got to the room the fridge and sink were leaking I tried calling downstairs no answer so I went down and the desk was unmanned again. Reservation was for two nights. I left after the first...
