"While they advertise "free wifi" there is a catch... you have to sign up for their loyalty program to use it. I have no desire to give my personal contact info to someone who is going to bombard me with spam (and probably sell it on) just to use the internet overnight. I would not stay here again for that alone

"We stayed a full week. Huge suite room. Appears newly remnovated. Nice to have laminate flooring and no carpeting in the room. No complaints, comfy beds, quiet at night. Easy access to the highway. Housekeeping friendly and attentive but we needed very little. We will stay here again for sure!"

"Was there for a 4 day stay .Second day the pool was closed by the Florida Department of Health. We were unable to use it the rest of our stay When I inquired at the desk when the pool would be open the clerk at the desk actually try telling me that the pool is usually closed during Hurricane Season. "Every time I went to the desk, the girl was sitting in one of the massage chairs…she had an excuse for everything…the absolute worst part of the stay was NO ELEVATOR which the girl also had an excuse for…the hurricane and not being able to get parts…how long ago was the hurricane????… also, I asked for a room on the bottom floor and once again the excuse was “there were no bottom floor housekeepers for the day so no rooms were being cleaned”…"

"The property is new and well maintained and the staff was very friendly. The bedroom was small with insufficient room for suitcases and there was only one suitcase rack. The bath was very large with much wasted space. IF the bath had a better layout the bedroom could easily have been larger and more comfortable. There was not a coffee maker or ice bucket which did not bother us, but it bothered our traveling companions in their room."
